Description of Sessions:
Public Skate - Enjoy all the thrills and excercise ice skating has to offer during our public skating sessions every weekend. These sessions are open to the public and you get an hour and a half of ice time per session. Bring your kids, bring your friends, and make it a family tradition!
Lunch Skate - Much like our public skate sessions, except these are held daily Monday thru Friday. Take a break from work and come on down and enjoy the ice!
Rock n Skate - We now offer two different sessions of Rock n Skate! Family Rock n Skate invites families out to enjoy a few hours on a Friday night to skate to the low lights and smooth sounds of the season, but you must be accompanied by an adult. Teen Rock n Skate brings all the kids out from the area to enjoy skating to the rockin' tunes of the times and we dim the lights down low and bring out the lasers and lights for a great time, you must be over the age of 12 to enjoy Teen Rock n Skate, and don't worry Mom, you can come too!!!
Skate n Shoot - Commonly known as "stick practice", hockey players of all ages have the opportunity to sharpen their skills and possibly play a little pick up game with others. All participants must wear a helmet with full face shield and hockey gloves (additional equipment is strongly recommended).
Adult Hockey - Monday Evenings from 9-10:30 PM,starting October 3, 2011, adults are welcome to participate in our Adult Hockey pick up games. All players must have full equipment to participate! All participants must sign a waiver and must be 18 or older to attend. Any Goalie is free!
Freestyle - Suit-Kote Arena offers freestyle skating sessions during weekdays for figure skaters who are members of a figure skating club. This time is designed to give skaters and coaches the opportunity to have ice available for practices. |
