August 1-31, 2011All hockey players need to be registered with USA Hockey which includes a $30 registration fee for USA Hockey and a $3.00 fee for NYSAHA. Please register ON LINE at usahockey.com between August 1 thru August 31st.

Online Registration Instructions:
1.        Go to www.usahockey.com.
2.        Click "Membership" in upper right.
3.        Click "Register Online" from dropdown box.
4.        Click "Players & Coaches".
5.        Click the box verifying you are 18 yrs. or older.
6.        Click "Continue".
7.        Click the blue bar for the 2011-2012 season.
8.        Click who you are registering.
9.        Click "Continue".
10.       Fill out the form.
11.       Read Waiver of Liability and click that you accept, then type your
initials in the box below.
12.       Click "Continue to Checkout".
13.       Click the box that confirms the information is correct.
14.       Here you can either click "Register Someone Else", or "Continue".
15.       Fill out form and click "Pay now".
16.       Print out the confirmation/bar code page that follows and retain
it for CCYHA registration.
