In the Star Wars™ saga, the Seven Combat Styles each have different characteristics, from which it is relatively simple for an expert to extract some movements which represent that particular combat style.

LudoSport went beyond this point, formalizing a full, complete technical system (theoretical and practical) for each style, creating a true “common language” that allows anyone entering this sport to perform real combat.

In addition, light saber combat does not derive from any other combat in any way. This is because the various sports that inspired light saber combat have not been used to supply single movements or techniques, but solely aspects that could be adapted to the instrument that this sport uses.
